| To reserve a bike, call the gym (954) 584-1081 no earlier than 72 hours before the class. It will be done on a first come, first served basis. Please show up 5 minutes before class begins or you forfeit your seat. Towels and plenty of water are required. Heart rate monitors/transmitters (available for purchase at the gym) are recommended. A Virtual ride will encompass a "road-ride" or music videos and concerts. Some classes may be virtual that are not listed as virtual, based on the instructor's choice.

MENU OF CLASSES Fusion: A “unifying” class for your whole body merging a diverse combination of exercise disciplines to help you reach your fitness goals.Power Plate Circuit: A fast paced total body work out on the NASA designed Power Plate (located in its own studio outside the aerobic room) Combines new technology with total body sculpting. Get more for your workout in less time! Additional fee and sign up required. See front desk. “Quick Fit” Abs, Butt & Legs, Total Body Conditioning: 30 Minutes of abdominal, butt and leg, or total body work. Perfect fit for those who are short on time. Mat Pilates: A series of exercises performed on a mat, based on a regimen designed by Joseph Pilates. “…develops the body uniformly, corrects posture, restores physical vitality, invigorates the mind and elevates the spirit.” J. Pilates. Step: A step class designed to challenge your body with advanced choreography set to great music. You'll have so much fun learning “the moves” that you forget you are working out. Kids Boot Camp: A 30 minute class to introduce children (ages 5 to 10) to exercise. This short spurt of energy will teach them basic safety in movements, and an overall feeling of accomplishment. Salsa: Fantastic cardio/endurance/fat burning workout, all while learning some great dance moves. Sculpt & Tone: Muscle shaping to the max! Use a variety of tools: weights, balls, bands, bars etc. Kripalu Yoga: (90 minute class) Yoga with a focus on alignment, breathing, & consciousness. Practice holding postures along with meditation. Vinyasa Yoga: (90 minute class) This yoga class focuses on natural alignment and deep breathing, and ends with meditation. Latin Dance: Latin influenced aerobic workout with dance styles of Salsa, Merengue, and Cha Cha. Zumba: A fusion of Latin and International music – dance themes which creates a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness system! The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. Spin and Sculpt: 45 minutes of SPINNING™ in the Spinning studio, followed 45 minutes of total body sculpting in the aerobic room. Leave feeling energized and ready for anything! Hatha Yoga: (90 minutes) Introduction to the basic breathing techniques and asanas necessary to achieve grace, beauty and balance. Instruction flows from Lyengar and Anusara traditions. The class ranges from mildly to moderately challenging, and emphasizes each individual's true expression. Abs and more : This class is designed to work your midsection to the max! Traditional crunch exercises, as well as core stabilization techniques will be used all while throwing in a few extras to get ultimate results! Kid'lates: 30 minutes of exercises designed for children (ages 5 – 10). A focus on core strength, stretching, and visualization! Road Runners: Build stamina and speed in your running routine outdoors. Geared to all levels with primary goal to complete a 5 K. Cardio Sculpt: Get a combination of cardio work along with some total body conditioning for quick easy results. 20/20/20: 20 minutes of Latin Dance, 20 minutes of step, and 20 minutes of abs/legs. Great cardio workout with variety to keep you moving forward toward your goal.
