We would like to welcome you to our completely re-equipped facility. We have stripped it to bare walls and everything is brand new- not a remodel, but a reconstruction. All our equipment is also brand-new, state-of-the-art, and equipped with all the latest technology to make your workout sessions the most productive possible. New audio-visual equipment complements every exercise area, and everything, from iPod(tm) jacks to flat screens, creates the best atmosphere and best workout environment in South Florida.
