JustFit Gym does not actively market to children.

Registered users may receive at their request additional announcements from us about products, services, special deals, and a newsletter. Out of respect for the privacy of our users we present the option to not receive these types of communications.

We do not share your email address when you opt-in to our mailing list, or provide our email address list to third parties other than our email marketing associate for the sole purpose of informing our Members of activities, promotions, events, or products that JustFit Gym LLC provides at the JustFit Gym LLC place of business. Members can opt-out of email notifications at any time. Opt out instructions will be in any emails and posted on the JustFit Gym LLC Web site.

JustFit Gym LLC maintains the accuracy of our product information by requesting up-to-date information from the manufacturers.

If problems arise, users may contact JustFit Gym LLC by email, phone, mail or visit. We are committed to resolving disputes to our customers' satisfaction as quickly as possible. Our business success is based on referrals and satisfied customers so our corporate philosophy has always been and will always be "Total Customer Satisfaction."

Opt-out:

JustFit Gym LLC uses email to communicate with Members in two ways: individually, as a business communication relating to your relationship, account, or status as a Member; and as part of mass mailings directed to the Membership in general as a means of informing JustFit LLC Members about products, services, special events, pricing, and advertising and marketing communications.

When a Member provides an email address to the Club at any time, including while entering into a Membership agreement with JustFit LLC, it is considered opting in to both types of email.
