Pilates Reformer Studio

Practiced faithfully, Pilates yields numerous benefits. Increased lung capacity and circulation through deep, healthy breathing is a primary focus. Just Fit offers both mat and reformer pilates. Our mat classes are preformed in the aerobic's room utilizing different "props" such as the Ultra Circle, and Bender Ball to achieve any fitness goal. The Reformer Studio has 5 Allegro Reformers, Towers, and Chairs for an ultimate work out. An ideal class size for personalized attention which is important for proper alignment and form. Reservations are taken 72 hours in advance for our Pilates Reformer classes, and an additional fee is required for this service.
